  • Provide assistance to Division / Business Head in implementation of margin management system, coordinating for SKU rationalisation, drafting the margin reports, and tracking the productivity projects, based on inputs given by the Central Management Cell.
  • Assist Division /Business Head in validating and cascading relevant data / figures pertaining to DCNR improvement (for variable pay) Variable Pay Parameters (Vertical / Division level) by coordinating with Central Margin Management Cell and the division and Corporate Accts
  • Assist Division / Business Head in monitoring and controlling the scheme spend outgo. To ensure schemes spend are in line with approach note and budgets, actively coordinating within business and central commercial team for the deviation explanations This includes ensuring that suitable provisions are taken at month end.
  • Assist the Division Head in preparation of budget, relating to Schemes, ATL, BTL, Manpower, etc –
  • Co-ordinate the legal case filling and write-off or receivable balance after the closure of FFS process.
  • Support the Division Head / Category Head in simulations and do the validation of pricing proposals.
  • DFM to participate in the CBO -CFO meeting and prepare the OAAP (Margin, ATL /BTL and Schemes). They would be the SPOC for obtaining the details or actionable for receivables and inventory.
  • Co-ordinate closure of Internal Audit action points.
  • Participating in the receivable DRM and driving clear actionable on reducing the overdue. Ensure implementation of all commercial policies and control processes and support the central commercial team in managing the overdue as per norms
