Head of Business Development – B2C Sales | Boketto
📍 Location: South Delhi (On-site)
Boketto is India’s most exclusive travel community, curating handpicked experiences where like-minded strangers come together to explore the world. With fast growth and an ever-expanding community, we’re looking for a Head of Business Development to lead our sales function and scale Boketto to the next level.
What You’ll Do
• Build, lead, and manage the Business Development team end-to-end.
• Own the sales funnel – from lead conversion to retention.
• Design and execute B2C sales strategies to maximize bookings across our domestic and international trips.
• Drive revenue growth with data-backed insights and structured processes.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Ops, and Community teams to ensure seamless customer journeys.
• Mentor and upskill the BD team to consistently exceed targets.
• Optimise CRM & automation tools for efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
• 4+ years of experience in B2C sales (travel, hospitality, edtech, D2C, or other consumer-focused industries).
• Proven track record of leading and scaling a sales team.
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, conversion optimization, and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly driven, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• A natural leader who inspires, motivates, and brings structure to the team.
