We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive with 2-3 years of experience in selling to enterprise and mid-market clients. This role requires an individual with a strong sales acumen who can carry a quota and consistently achieve sales targets. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals.
- Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas through proactive prospecting, lead qualification, and closing sales deals.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking within the enterprise and mid-market segments.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Client Engagement: Conduct effective virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs and requirements of enterprise and mid-market clients.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within targeted accounts to maximise opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Needs Assessment: Understand client needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives and drive value.
- Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions, handle objections, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our products and services.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Inside Sales Manager and other team members to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Reporting: Regularly update sales activities, forecast, and pipeline status in the CRM, providing accurate and timely reports to the Inside Sales Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in inside sales, specifically selling to enterprise and mid-market clients.
- Demonstrated ability to carry a sales quota and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and techniques, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Knowledge of SAP & Salesforce licenses or services sales is a plus.
