IT Service Management Specialist

The role of IT Service Management Specialist requires a professional with 3-5 years of experience in ITSM roles and hands-on experience in Freshservice administration and configuration.Key Responsibilities:Configuring, customizing, and maintaining Freshservice modulesImplementing automation workflows, SLAs, and integrations with other enterprise toolsDesigning and refining ITSM processes aligned with ITIL best practicesCollaborating with service desk, infrastructure, and application teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutionsProviding training and support to end-users and internal teams on Freshservice usage and enhancementsDeveloping dashboards and reports to track KPIs, SLA adherence, and service performanceThe ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and the ability to analyze trends to identify improvement opportunities and reduce ticket resolution time.
