We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Executive (Sales & Marketing) to join our team. The Executive (Sales & Marketing) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships and there accounts along with enhancing the sales growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, basic knowledge about the industry. Job location : Ghana, West Africa. Industry : Flexible Packaging. Key Responsibilities: Major Responsibilities Can make regular follow-up with customer for due payments and can-do reconciliation with customers on regular basis. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM tools Handling customer inquiries, order processing, and follow-ups. Identify and develop new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand customer needs and provide suitable product or service solutions. Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales reports as needed. Coordinate with production, design, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of orders. Maintain and update customer records, price lists, and order / sample tracking. Support in resolving client complaints and queries professionally and promptly. Track order status and share regular updates with customers. Maintain accurate filing of sales documents and correspondence. Assist in market research and competitor analysis for sales planning. Help with preparation of sales presentations. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree (any field) 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in flexible packaging industry. Proven sales track record. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT etc.) Basic knowledge of SAP. Africa market experience (Preferred)
