Job Overview:We are looking for a Workday Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workday implementation and a strong understanding of the system's functionality.The selected individual will be responsible for configuring Workday modules, including Absence/Time Tracking, Benefits, HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent and Performance/Payroll.Key responsibilities include requirements gathering, definition, and investigation, as well as providing overviews to clients and designing solutions that meet their needs.Additional duties involve conducting sessions with client personnel, performing self-reviews, and assisting with application testing, production support, migration activities, and production rollout.A successful candidate will possess excellent technical and functional skills across functional areas required for developing and delivering complex solutions, as well as thorough knowledge of Workday's object model and solution design approach.Furthermore, they will have a track record of realizing solutions from conception to implementation and support, strong project management and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a global and remote team environment.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in WorkdayOverall 12 years' experience is minimumB.E/B.Tech/MCA/BSc education
