Workday Functional ConsultantAbout the Role:Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Workday functional consultant to plan and prioritize work, assist leads, and manage workload for the team.Lead/Manage – Small implementation projects/Launch implementations, manage workload for the team, assist team in all phases of delivery lifecycle, collate and report status/impediments with the greater project team.Develop complex configuration for clients and Leads, manage data transformation and perform EIB Data loads.Provide go-live assistance and ongoing support.Lead and Involve in Data conversion Activities pertaining to Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/PayrollCoordinate with the Leads for project deliveryCoordinate with the EM/PM and Client for project deliveryMulti-task and engage on multiple projects at a time for lead activities.End-to-end ownership of assigned projectsKey Responsibilities:Requirements Gathering: Investigate business/technical requirements for client’s Absence or Time Tracking needs, work collaboratively with business analysts and architects to clarify requirements.Design the Workday solution to meet client’s needs.Conduct sessions with client personnel to verify required aspects of the concerned Module.Ability to Configure based on the filled Workbook.Perform self-reviews and smoke testing of the work delivered and review peer’s work.Application Testing: Assist clients with the testing of the concerned Functional Module. Testing is driven by scenarios from the client team.Production Support: Includes practices and disciplines of supporting the Workday solution for a period of time post deployment.Migrate Activities and Production Rollout: Assist with the rollout of the Workday solution into the production environment.Take timely, appropriate action to address stakeholder needs/expectations.Identify and manage issue resolution including escalation as needed.Communication Skills: Interact and communicate effectively with mid and senior-level management.What We Offer:A dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.A competitive compensation package.Ongoing training and support.
