The position of Human Resources and Administrative Manager is open at our organization.Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources and administrative operations across the organization. This includes leading end-to-end recruitment processes, developing and managing Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) for HR and Admin staff, conducting induction programs, handling employee relations, and maintaining HR records.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.Establish and manage KRAs for HR and Admin staff, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Plan and deliver induction programs, orientation sessions, and training initiatives for new joiners and interns.Cultivate strong employee relationships, address grievances, and coordinate performance appraisals.Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, employee databases, and ensure compliance with data protection protocols.Administrative Oversight:Oversee daily office operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and vendor partnerships.Supervise front desk and support staff across multiple office locations, ensuring seamless customer service experiences.Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and internal event planning.Maintain office infrastructure, facilities, and compliance with safety regulations.Compliance and Governance:Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies, mitigating risk and promoting a culture of compliance.Maintain accurate documentation for audits, legal submissions, and internal reviews, ensuring transparency and accountability.Support financial documentation and budget tracking for HR and Admin functions, fostering fiscal responsibility.Strategic HR Initiatives:Collaborate with senior leadership on organizational development, workforce planning, and talent acquisition strategies.Drive employer branding, employee engagement activities, and thought leadership in the field of HR.Implement HR analytics and reporting tools to inform data-driven decision making, driving business growth and improvement.
