Job Title: Digital Marketing & Branding Strategist – Executive Level Location: Bangalore Company: Arul Group of Companies (Arul Rubbers, Arul Polymers & Neo Heights Builders) Department: Marketing & Branding Experience: 2–5 Years Type: Full-Time | On-Site About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing & Branding Strategist Executive who can strengthen the brand presence of Arul Group’s verticals through targeted digital campaigns, compelling content, and creative storytelling. This role requires a balance of creative thinking and analytical skills to drive brand engagement, lead generation, and market visibility across all digital channels. You will be responsible for executing brand-led initiatives, managing online campaigns, optimizing digital performance, and aligning marketing efforts with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy & Identity Contribute to the development and execution of brand positioning and messaging across digital platforms Maintain brand consistency across all digital and offline assets Work closely with the business teams to implement visual storytelling aligned with brand tone Digital Campaign Management Plan, create, and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Manage and optimize paid media (PPC) campaigns for reach, lead generation, and conversion Collaborate with content and creative teams to design compelling ad creatives and video content SEO & Website Optimization Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices for company websites and blogs Monitor website traffic, lead funnels, and performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, etc. Coordinate with web developers to implement enhancements, landing pages, and conversion tools Content Creation & Social Media Build and manage social media calendars and create engaging posts, reels, stories, and videos Write copy for digital ads, banners, email campaigns, and internal communications Monitor engagement and trends across platforms to stay ahead of digital shifts Email Marketing & Automation Design and run email campaigns through tools like Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, etc. Build lead nurturing workflows and segment mailing lists for personalized campaigns Analytics & Reporting Track key performance metrics for all digital activities.
