This role requires a balance of creative thinking and analytical skills to drive brand engagement, lead generation, and market visibility across all digital channels.You will be responsible for executing brand-led initiatives, managing online campaigns, optimizing digital performance, and aligning marketing efforts with business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Brand Strategy & IdentityContribute to the development and execution of brand positioning and messaging across digital platformsMaintain brand consistency across all digital and offline assetsWork closely with the business teams to implement visual storytelling aligned with brand toneDigital Campaign ManagementPlan, create, and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTubeManage and optimize paid media (PPC) campaigns for reach, lead generation, and conversionCollaborate with content and creative teams to design compelling ad creatives and video contentSEO & Website OptimizationConduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices for company websites and blogsMonitor website traffic, lead funnels, and performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.Coordinate with web developers to implement enhancements, landing pages, and conversion toolsContent Creation & Social MediaBuild and manage social media calendars and create engaging posts, reels, stories, and videosWrite copy for digital ads, banners, email campaigns, and internal communicationsMonitor engagement and trends across platforms to stay ahead of digital shiftsEmail Marketing & AutomationDesign and run email campaigns through tools like Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, etc.Build lead nurturing workflows and segment mailing lists for personalized campaignsAnalytics & ReportingTrack key performance metrics for all digital activities.Generate weekly and monthly dashboards to report campaign performance and insightsRecommend data-driven improvements for future campaigns and budget planningKey Skills & Tools Required:Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn CampaignsAnalytics: Google Analytics, Meta Insights, UTM trackingDesign Tools: Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator (optional)CMS Tools: WordPress / Wix / WebflowEmail: Mailchimp / Zoho Campaigns / HubSpotProficiency in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint for reporting and presentationsQualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, branding, or communicationsStrong communication skills (written + visual)Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-brand, multi-stakeholder environmentPreferred:Experience in interior design, construction, EPC, or industrial product marketingExperience with employer branding and B2B digital outreachVideo editing or reel-making experience is a plusWhat You Get:Opportunity to build and shape the digital voice of a fast-growing groupCollaborative environment with cross-functional teams across engineering, and businessVisibility across multiple industry verticals: infrastructure, interior, industrial, and global export brandsOwnership and growth in marketing strategy, leadership grooming, and branding exposure
