The primary function of a Project Execution Specialist is to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include serving as the single point of contact for clients, maintaining open communication via email and calls to address client queries and project updates, reading and interpreting technical drawings related to doors and partitions, calculating door quantities and associated hardware requirements for projects, working efficiently on the ERP portal for project tracking and data management, maintaining project data and reports using MS Excel, collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, and conducting regular follow-ups with clients and internal teams regarding project progress and delivery.Requirements for this role include strong coordination skills with clients and internal teams, excellent communication skills for professional email correspondence, ability to read and understand technical drawings related to doors and partitions, proficiency in quantity estimation of doors and associated hardware, experience working on ERP portals is preferred, strong MS Excel skills for data management and reporting, and a background or industry experience in doors, partitions, or construction materials.
