Job Opportunity:We are seeking a Senior Quantitative Analytics Associate to lead independent validations and reviews of the bank's risk models.This role ensures that models function as intended, comply with regulatory requirements, and accurately identify, measure, and report risks to senior management.About the Role:Perform in-depth validations and reviews of new and existing models used across the bank, including those for fraud risk, compliance risk (such as AML, OFAC), and/or other areas.Conduct hands-on quantitative model validation/review to ensure robustness.Presentation of findings, weaknesses, and observations identified from the validation/review to model developers/owners.Detailed validation reports and memos preparation.Participation in internal audits and regulatory exams.About You:You will be responsible for leading independent validations and reviews of the bank's various risk models.Your key responsibilities include performing in-depth validations and reviews of new and existing models, providing an effective challenge throughout the validation/review process, and presenting findings to stakeholders.You will also be required to participate in internal audits and regulatory exams.
