We are looking for an analytical Servicenow business solutions professional who can deliver meaningful results with the flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs and shifting priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesAbility to identify issues, propose solutions, plan and execute with little supervisionIn-depth understanding of IT service management processes, technology, and methods applicable to platform managementDefine and establish data governance and management policies to ensure the accuracy of the configuration item databaseConduct regular audits and reconciliation processes to maintain configuration item database accuracy and compliance across distributed IT environmentsThe Servicenow business solutions professional will work closely with the IT team to implement and run Service Now products, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Configuration Item Database, and Change Management.
