Cyber Security SpecialistOur company is seeking an experienced Cyber Forensic professional to assist in collecting and analyzing digital evidence, identifying electronic devices, and conducting forensic data analysis. This role involves working closely with law enforcement and investigative teams to support cases related to cybercrime.The selected candidates will be responsible for assisting investigating officers, collecting preserving and analyzing digital evidence, identifying examining electronic devices involved in criminal activity, retrieving recovering data from damaged encrypted or hidden sources, performing forensic analysis using industry-standard tools methodologies, documenting findings preparing detailed forensic reports maintaining the chain of custody ensuring integrity of evidence, and supporting carrying out any other forensic tasks assigned by the competent authority.Key responsibilities include:Assisting investigating officers in collecting and preserving digital evidence;Analyzing digital evidence to identify electronic devices and their involvement in criminal activity;Retrieving and recovering data from damaged encrypted or hidden sources;Performing forensic analysis using industry-standard tools and methodologies;Documenting findings and preparing detailed forensic reports.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cybercrime methodologies and digital evidence hands-on experience with forensic tools such as EnCase FTK Autopsy X-Ways Cellebrite etc proficient in digital data recovery analysis familiarity with various operating systems Windows Linux macOS mobile platforms ability to work under pressure handle sensitive information discreetly and educational qualifications of Bachelors or masters degree in engineering BE BTech MCA BCA BSC MSC.
