Job Title: Tax & Compliance Executive – UAE Operations Location: Dubai / UAE About the Role: We are looking for a highly experienced professional in the UAE who can manage end-to-end company setup, liquidation, and tax compliance processes. The candidate will act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and timely delivery of services. Key Responsibilities: Handle company incorporation, amendments, and liquidation procedures in mainland and free zones. Manage VAT registration, filing, and compliance for multiple clients. Liaise with government departments and free zone authorities for licensing and renewals. Conduct client meetings and manage ongoing relationships with professionalism. Convert leads received from social media and internal sources into business opportunities. Prepare and maintain compliance documentation and internal reports. Coordinate with the India-based team for cross-border compliance and tax matters. Eligibility Criteria: Must be currently residing in the UAE and hold a valid UAE visa . Minimum 3+ years of experience in company setup, liquidation, and UAE VAT/taxation. Excellent communication and client-handling skills . Should have hands-on experience with free zone and mainland procedures (SPC, RAKEZ, DMCC, etc.). Ability to work independently and meet timelines.
