This position involves identifying new sales opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.Identify and pursue novel sales opportunities within the Forex market via various channels.Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients interested in Forex products and services.Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives for Forex products.Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.Understand client needs and provide tailored Forex solutions to meet their requirements.Promote high levels of client satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals.Maintain an extensive understanding of the Forex market, encompassing currency trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.Stay informed on industry news and developments to provide clients with relevant information and insights.Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of the company's Forex products and services.Negotiate terms and close sales deals with clients.Address and resolve client objections and challenges effectively.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.Prepare regular sales reports for management.
