Work Responsibilities As a Content Marketer , you will be responsible for: Acquisition of a highly-targeted audience for a B2B SaaS product of Trycon Building and executing the GTM strategy of the product with the help of the Marketing Manager Using popular marketing strategies, including content, video, affiliate, influencer, and social media marketing, to meet acquisition goals Generating SEO/AEO-optimized content for all required formats, including blog articles, guest posts, website content, emails, social media posts, discussion forum answers, and video scripts  Generating complementary images using online design and AI tools What You Offer The ideal candidate should possess the following skills: Excellent communication: Strong writing and verbal skills with the ability to craft engaging content Creative mindset: Ability to generate fresh ideas, think critically, and adapt content to different audiences and platforms Digital marketing knowledge: Familiarity and hands-on technical experience working with SEO/AEO, SEM, social media ad platforms, emailing tools, analytics tools, and CMSs (WordPress, Webflow) Analytical skills: Comfortable tracking KPIs, measuring content performance, and optimizing campaigns based on data Collaboration tools: Proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and project management platforms for seamless teamwork Attention to detail: Ensures accuracy, consistency, and quality across all content pieces  Learning agility: Quick to pick up new platforms, trends, and marketing strategies to keep content relevant and impactful Your Eligibility Checklist The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements: Graduation and/or Post-Graduation from a reputed institution with a minimum of 65% or 7 CGPA 1-2 years of content writing experience, preferably in a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) company What We Handle For You Compensation : INR 5 - 7 LPA (Annual CTC) Working Days : Monday - Friday Flexible working hours (9 hours per day) Hybrid Work Model : Flexible between office and home Employee Provident Fund (EPF) and National Pension Scheme (NPS) Generous leave policy  Wellness programs , team outings, and product learning sessions
