Here’s a tailored job description and requirements summary for your hiring needs: Job Responsibilities Develop high-quality content for the website, including landing pages, product pages, blogs, and marketing resources tailored to a SaaS and workforce management audience. Create comprehensive user manuals, onboarding guides, and step-by-step instructions to support product usage and client onboarding. Draft, update, and maintain internal policy documents, ensuring they are clear, accessible, and aligned with international regulatory standards. Collaborate closely with product managers, subject matter experts, and global teams to understand features, workflows, and use cases and translate them into user-friendly documentation. Apply best practices for SEO optimization, clarity, and accessibility in all written materials. Conduct thorough research to accurately present technical topics and industry trends and regularly update content for ongoing product updates. Key Skills and Requirements A minimum of 5 years of content writing experience, with a focus on SaaS, workforce management, HRTech, or tech solutions for global clients. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with an ability to distill complex ideas and workflows into clear, engaging, and accessible language. Proven experience preparing website content, technical documentation, and policy/procedure manuals for multinational companies.
