Job Role
As a CRM Marketing & Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing and managing high-quality marketing content across video, podcast, social media, and blog formats. You will work closely with our product and growth teams to showcase the value of our CRM tool to the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Video Content Creation:
- Create product demo videos, explainer videos, and CRM tutorials
- Record customer use cases and video testimonials
- Edit and optimize video content for web, YouTube, and social media
- Podcast Hosting & Production:
- Host and produce podcast episodes featuring industry experts, users, or team members
- Handle script writing, interview questions, recording, and editing
- Publish podcasts on Spotify, Apple, and YouTube
- YouTube Channel Management:
- Manage the company's YouTube channel
- Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for reach
- Grow subscriber base and engagement
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and schedule content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, etc.
- Engage with the audience, reply to comments, and build community
- Run and optimize paid campaigns (if experienced)
- Content Writing:
- Write blog posts, product updates, case studies, and SEO content
- Coordinate with internal teams for product insights and updates
Requirements
- Proven experience in video creation, podcasting, and social media
- Strong understanding of B2B or SaaS marketing
- Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Audacity, Buffer/Hootsuite, YouTube Studio
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to manage content calendars and meet deadlines
- Self-driven, creative, and comfortable working independently
Work Type
- Freelance / Remote / Contract-based/Full-time
- Flexible hours (as long as deadlines are met)
Compensation
- Paid per project or on a retainer basis
- Competitive rates based on experience
