Position Description: Act as an important link between the client and the operations team. Attend client calls, interact with clients frequently, manage job queues and communicate feedback to operations team. Recognize performance and behavioral problems in team and act proactively to ensure productivity is unhampered.Essential Qualifications: Graduates in any disciplineTechnical Qualifications: Technical know -how of MS Office SuiteExperience: Minimum of years' experience in client servicing OrganizationOrganization Structure: Report to the Client Manager.Work Schedule: Flexible to work in any shifts.Description of Responsibility:Operate as a vital link between the client and the operationsAssign jobs to team to ensure maximum utilization of resourcesPlay an important role with Client Managers to develop an environment that provides motivation and opportunities for the teamAssess, understand, analyze the client requirement and ensure the deadlines are adhered toManage queues / workflow and shift schedulingCheck / monitor absenteeismEnsure adherence to security norms including print security and physical access procedures in the teamEnsure all members of the team go through security and compliance awareness programs as per policy Knowledge & Skills / Competencies:Good oral and written communication skillsExcellent presentation and layout skillsCustomer service orientationInter -cultural awarenessInitiativeAbility to function in a dynamic and changing environment
