The purpose of the TAS India Conflicts Manager position is to identify and analyze potential conflicts of interest on conflict check requests and prepare necessary documentation for review and approvals, including proper protocols, summary of conflicts findings, and conflict waiver letters and engagement letter modifications.  The  TAS India Conflicts Manager will also oversee and supervise the India Conflicts Senior Analyst(s) through daily interaction/oversight, have conflict approvals rights (to be defined further at a later date) on certain low risk conflict matters.,  The TAS India Conflicts Manager will report directly to the TAS Conflicts Director in the US and work collaboratively with all conflicts team members on managing daily responsibilities and prioritizing conflict check requests.Key Skills Needed: 1- Develop an understanding of TAS conflicts protocols and methodologies and able to apply critical thinking to solve complex/judgmental conflict situations.2- Experience with M&A transactions and Private Equity structures strongly recommended.3- Strong communication skills both written and verbal and able to articulate key questions/findings to conflicts team members and engagement teams.4- Proficient with RSM technologies utilized in conflicts search requests to identify and resolve findings.5- Organizational and time-management skills to efficiently handle multiple ongoing conflict searches and other daily tasks.6- Team collaboration on daily priorities and complex conflict matters.7- Flexibility to work during US operating hours to correspond/interact with team members as needed on a timely basis.TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS(MUST NOTE REQUIRED OR PREFERRED)Attention to detail and ability to push to get all facts requiredProficiency at Excel, Word and Outlook requiredOrganizational and time-management skills requiredStrong written and verbal communications skills required At RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our people. We offer flexibility in your schedule, empowering you to balance life's demands, while also maintaining your ability to serve clients. Learn more about our total rewards at  RSM does not tolerate discrimination and/or harassment based on race; colour; creed; sincerely held religious beliefs, practices or observances; sex (including pregnancy or disabilities related to nursing); gender (including gender identity and/or gender expression); sexual orientation; HIV Status; national origin; ancestry; familial or marital status; age; physical or mental disability; citizenship; political affiliation; medical condition (including family and medical leave); domestic violence victim status; past, current or prospective service in the Indian Armed Forces; Indian Armed Forces Veterans, and Indian Armed Forces Personnel status; pre-disposing genetic characteristics or any other characteristic protected under applicable provincial employment legislation.  Accommodation for applicants with disabilities is available upon request in connection with the recruitment process and/or employment/partnership. RSM is committed to providing equal opportunity and reasonable accommodation for people with disabilities.
