Business Central Support Specialist OpportunityAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Central Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical and functional support to end users, troubleshooting system issues, and assisting with system enhancements.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft D365 Business Central, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of business processes across finance, operations, and supply chain.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide support for Business Central (on-premise and cloud) users.Diagnose and resolve system issues, including configuration, data, and user errors.Manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.Work with functional consultants, developers, and business users to test and deploy solutions.Document support cases, resolutions, and user guides.Support system upgrades, patches, and new release deployments.Assist with user training and onboarding.Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve processes and system performance.Identify recurring issues and suggest long-term solutions or process improvements.Requirements3+ years of experience with Microsoft D365 Business Central, including knowledge supporting clients with financials and supply chain.Proficiency in several ISV Products.PowerBI and PowerAutomate experience preferred, but not required.Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.Strong written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills.Ability to be client-facing with support tasks as needed and required.Proficient in Microsoft Excel.Proficient in Smart-Sheets.Proficient in Microsoft D365 Business Central configuration package imports.
