Job description We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Delivery Lead to be part our design & engineering team in Pune . Itis expected that the incumbent is hands on in mechanical detail engineering projects. Being overall responsible fordetail engineering and technical delivery , he will monitor the entire project lifecycle from initiation, planning,execution, monitoring, reviews & closure. You will also play a critical role in building and developing the engineeringtalent pool for Sioux India .Key Responsibilities:Delivery Management – Collect customer requirements, Develop WBS & resource plans, manage project deliveriesas per the agreed Time , Cost & Quality .Cost Management – Estimate project hours accurately, track progress, analyze delays, idle times, training &onboarding hours and ensure a cost-effective delivery towards our customers.Technical Management- Take on individual tasks to create direct involvement, develop a 'First Time Right' designapproach, Monitor and troubleshoot complex technical issues, resolve team queries & manage continuousimprovement through QA/QC processes for technical efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.Risk Management – Proactively Identify, assess, escalate and mitigate risks that could impact the project delivery,quality, or customer satisfaction.Team Leadership - Develop, Lead and manage the mechanical engineering team. Manage team performance andavailability towards customers. Manage talent acquisition with HRStakeholder Connections- Connect & communicate with cross functional and relevant internal stakeholders toexplore opportunities .Customer Collaboration – Align & agree with customer leads on delivery requirements, think together to arrive atsolutions, manage customers reviews and feedback, provide technical guidance and ensure customer satisfaction.& delight.Job requirements Education: B.E / B Tech/ M Tech in Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering.Experience: Minimum 15+ years of experience in engineering delivery management in a MNC environment.Experience in precision equipment design industry like semicon, Medical, Aerospace would be an extra advantage All doneYour application has been successfully submitted Other jobs
