Position: Team Lead

Primary Objective of the position: Work in coordination with the Manager / Dy Manager on projects & SFA assignments such as, Bills of Materials, Electro-Mechanical Enclosure Designs, Chillers, Creo Modelling, Drafting, Change Order Process and meeting the required quality levels set by the organisation.

Job Description:

  • 12-15 years of experience with a Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 3-4 Years Of Experience in a Team Leader role is a plus
  • Sheet metal Design & New Product Development Experience is a Must
  • 3-4 Years of Sheetmetal Manufacturing Experience Is Required
  • Excellent Command of 3D Modeling, Assembly And 2D Drawings Using PTC Creo
  • Experience in BOM, Engineering Change Orders and familiarity with CAD standards
  • Excellent Project Management Skills Are Required
  • Experience with Electro-Mechanical Enclosure Products, such as Server Rack Cooling systems, is preferable
  • Ability To Lead Multiple Projects and Provide Technical Guidance For 8-10 Engineers
  • Work closely with the cross-functional teams, like Business Units (BUs) & Manufacturing Plant teams
  • Good Knowledge of FMEA, Design Review Process, Design For Manufacturing & Assembly
  • Working In a Global Engineering Environment Is an Added Advantage
  • Strong Leadership, People Management And Team Development Skills Are Required
  • Must have Excellent written & verbal communication
