Job Title Delivery Lead - Mechanical Design Location Pune India Job Type Full-time About Us We re a leading player in the semiconductor industry seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to join our team As a Delivery Lead you will oversee project deliveries for mechanical designs of equipment driving excellence and innovation in our engineering processes Job Summary We re looking for a seasoned mechanical engineer with 15 years of experience in the semiconductor domain specifically in core equipment design companies As a Delivery Lead you will manage project deliveries lead cross-functional teams and contribute to the development of our engineering capabilities The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design project management and leadership with a clear potential to grow into an Engineering Manager role within 4-5 years Key Responsibilities - Manage project deliveries for mechanical designs of equipment ensuring timely and high-quality execution - Lead cross-functional teams comprising mechanical engineers designers and other stakeholders - Collaborate with global teams to align design and development processes - Develop and implement process improvements to enhance engineering efficiency and quality - Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and knowledge - Contribute to the development of engineering strategies policies and procedures Requirements - 15 years of experience in mechanical design and project management within the semiconductor industry - Proven track record of managing project deliveries for mechanical designs of equipment - Strong background in core semiconductor equipment design companies e g Applied Materials KLA-Tencor Lam Research etc - Excellent leadership communication and project management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Nice to Have - Experience with design and development of semiconductor equipment - Knowledge of industry-standard design tools and software - Familiarity with quality management systems and processes What We Offer - Competitive salary - Opportunities for career growth and professional development - Collaborative and dynamic work environment - Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance
