Role Overview As the Executive Assistant to the CTO & Co-Founder, you’ll be the strategic right hand to one of Enterpret’s most critical leaders. This isn’t a traditional support role—it’s an opportunity to directly amplify the impact of the CTO by driving clarity, operational excellence, and execution across engineering and cross-functional priorities. You’ll act as an execution partner, communication bridge, and systems thinker—helping streamline how the organization plans, decides, and delivers. Key Responsibilities Drive strategic alignment by organising priorities, tracking key initiatives, and ensuring decisions turn into action. Handle travel planning, logistics, and administrative operations with precision and confidentiality. Support strategic projects across engineering and company initiatives—own follow-ups, track progress, and ensure execution. Drive operational efficiency by identifying bottlenecks, simplifying workflows, and building scalable processes. Coordinate engineering cadences, OKRs, and deliverable tracking, ensuring alignment across teams. Act as a liaison between the CTO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and consistency. Draft and refine presentations, reports, and communications for leadership meetings and company updates. Manage vendor relationships, office operations, and event logistics that keep the organization running smoothly. Plan and execute team events, offsites, and key meetings that reinforce Enterpret’s culture and connection. Tackle ad-hoc challenges with speed, ownership, and sound judgment. What We’re Looking For Experience & Execution: 2+ years in an EA, Chief of Staff, or operational role with a track record of independently owning key initiatives. Agency & Adaptability: Proactive operator who thrives in ambiguity, anticipates needs, and keeps things moving in a fast-paced environment. Communication & Judgment: Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and make sound decisions.
