Our platform supports articles, magazines, newsletters, and books — giving creators a powerful, cost-free way to reach readers worldwide . What We’re Looking For We are looking for a Co-Founder (Sales & Marketing) to join our core team and scale You Reads from 0 → 1 and beyond . This is not an employee role — it’s a founder-level partnership . Key Responsibilities Drive sales, partnerships, and customer acquisition Lead marketing strategy, branding, and community building Scale Saa S growth initiatives and build monetization channels Work closely with the founding team on fundraising & go-to-market execution ✅ Requirements 10+ years of experience in Saa S growth, sales, or marketing Proven track record in 0 → 1 growth execution Strong business development and go-to-market expertise Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on execution ability Willingness to work for equity only (salary not applicable) Preferred: Ability to invest capital alongside your expertise What’s in it for You Co-founder equity stake in a launch-ready, feature-complete Saa S platform Direct influence on sales, brand, and revenue growth A chance to shape a global product in the creator economy Build long-term wealth through equity & scale , not salary Interested in building You Reads with us?
