Tech Co-Founder | Interiorkaro Location: Bangalore or Hyderabad (Hybrid/Onsite Preferred) Type: Co-Founder | Equity-based | Not a Job – A Journey Stage: Bootstrapped | Early Traction | 0-to-1 Build The Role: This is a co-founder opportunity — a long-term partnership. We’re looking for someone who wants to build from scratch, who’s comfortable with ambiguity, and who’s hungry to disrupt a $30 B+ industry. As Tech Co-Founder, you will: Build and launch the first scalable version of our core product. Architect solutions for project pricing, design automation, AR/VR visualisation, and customer dashboards. Develop backend systems for procurement, vendor integrations, and CRM workflows Drive innovations in AI, mixed reality, and intelligent space planning. Build and lead a lean engineering team over time. What We’re Looking For: 5 to 10+ years of product or engineering experience (early-stage/startup background preferred) Hands-on with modern full-stack frameworks (React Native, Firebase, Node.js, etc.) Product-thinking mindset with strong UX sensibilities. Ability to ship MVPs quickly and iterate fast. Strong belief in ownership, not employment. Willingness to work with sweat equity in the early stages.
