Tech Co-Founder | Interiorkaro Location: Bangalore or Hyderabad (Hybrid/Onsite Preferred) Type: Co-Founder | Equity-based | Not a Job – A Journey Stage: Bootstrapped | Early Traction | 0-to-1 Build The Role: This is a co-founder opportunity — a long-term partnership. We’re looking for someone who wants to build from scratch, who’s comfortable with ambiguity, and who’s hungry to disrupt a $30 B+ industry. As Tech Co-Founder, you will: Build and launch the first scalable version of our core product. Architect solutions for project pricing, design automation, AR/VR visualisation, and customer dashboards. Develop backend systems for procurement, vendor integrations, and CRM workflows Drive innovations in AI, mixed reality, and intelligent space planning. Build and lead a lean engineering team over time. What We’re Looking For: 5 to 10+ years of product or engineering experience (early-stage/startup background preferred) Hands-on with modern full-stack frameworks (React Native, Firebase, Node.js, etc.) Product-thinking mindset with strong UX sensibilities. Ability to ship MVPs quickly and iterate fast. Strong belief in ownership, not employment. Willingness to work with sweat equity in the early stages. We’re building a full-stack tech + operations platform that reimagines how homes are designed, priced, and executed — all under one roof. We’ve already delivered multiple projects worth over crores in revenue till date, built a healthy project pipeline, and have a clear roadmap to scale to ₹50 crores and beyond.
