Luminatiq Consulting Group has launched a new-age Corporate Real Estate Transaction Enterprise and is looking to onboard a Co-Founder & Chief Business Officer (CBO) to shape and scale this high-impact venture. We’re seeking someone who brings: 10–20 years of experience with top CRE firms (JLL, CBRE, Colliers, C& W) or as CRE Head in IT-ITES/GCCs/Real Estate Developers Proven track record in transacting office spaces, GCC campuses, retail, warehousing & industrial assets Deep relationships across developers, CXOs, occupiers & GCC operators Strong understanding of Tier 1 & Tier 2 city real estate dynamics Ability to originate, structure, and close large transactions Entrepreneurial drive and business building mindset What’s in place? Backing from Luminatiq Consulting Group Registered Office in Central Bengaluru Full support – Digital Marketing, F& A, Legal, Tech, PMO Founding team from IT-ITES, GCC, Retail & Warehousing leadership backgrounds We’re starting with Transactions – but the roadmap includes end-to-end CRE & Workplace services.
