As a Java Technical Lead, you will play a key role in building and scaling enterprise solutions that power financial institutions worldwide.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and guide a team of Java developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.Collaborate with product managers, solution architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Implement and enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure robust unit and integration testing.Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues in production and pre-production environments.Drive best practices in CI/CD, DevOps, automation, and cloud deployments.Contribute to architectural decisions, technology roadmaps, and system design.Manage project timelines, estimates, and ensure successful delivery of features.Technical Skills RequiredStrong experience in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Hibernate/JPA.Solid understanding of Microservices architecture and RESTful API development.Experience with Oracle , PLSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).Good knowledge of Git, Maven/Gradle, and build automation tools.Exposure to front-end technologies (Angular/React) is a plus.Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.Why Join IntellectWork on world-class financial technology products.Opportunity to lead and grow with an innovative, global organization.Competitive compensation and benefits.Collaborative, tech-driven environment with continuous learning opportunities.Thanks & Regards Soundarya
