Java Lead

Overview:

• Leading a team of Java developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Mastery in core Java concepts including OOP (Object-Oriented Programming), multithreading, collections framework, and generics
• Java, Spring Boot, Restful API
• Providing technical guidance and mentoring to team members, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.
• Architecting, designing, and developing Java-based applications and systems.
• Knowledge of building and managing microservices-based applications using frameworks
• Understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes for deploying and managing containerized applications
• Awareness of common security vulnerabilities and best practices for securing Java applications, including authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure coding practices
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for monitoring application performance and analyzing logs.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conducting code reviews, ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely resolutions.
• Participating in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and maintenance.
