Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Java Architect Java Technical Lead with 5-10 years of experience in designing and developing scalable high-performance applications The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java Spring Boot and React and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services including Azure Service Bus and Azure Functions Key Responsibilities Define and design scalable maintainable architecture for enterprise applications Lead development efforts using Java Spring Boot and React while ensuring adherence to best practices Design and integrate cloud-native solutions using Azure services such as Azure Service Bus and Azure Functions Provide technical leadership review code and mentor development teams Collaborate with stakeholders business analysts and QA teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions Ensure application performance reliability and scalability maintaining high coding standards Participate in architectural reviews and propose design improvements Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption of modern frameworks and tools Required Skills and Qualifications 5-10 years of experience in software development with strong focus on backend development using Java Proficient in Java Spring Boot and RESTful API design Strong front-end development experience using React Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure particularly Azure Service Bus Azure Functions and related PaaS services Solid understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems Experience with CI CD pipelines Git and DevOps practices Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with containerization Docker Kubernetes Azure certifications e g Azure Solutions Architect Azure Developer Associate are an added advantage Knowledge of security best practices in cloud-based applications What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Flexible work environment remote hybrid options Opportunity to work on cutting-edge cloud-based technologies Professional growth through learning and development programs
