Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Skill Requirements 1. Proficiency in java programming and software development. 2. Experience in designing and implementing microservices architecture. 3. Strong knowledge of react.js and frontend technologies. 4. Familiarity with agile methodologies and devops practices. 5. Good understanding of cloud platforms and deployment strategies. 6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 7. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. 8. Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast paced environment. Certifications: Relevant certifications in Java, Microservices, or React are a plus.
