Technical Lead JD: We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java, Cloud platforms, and API integrations. The ideal candidate will lead a team of engineers, drive solution design and architecture, and ensure high -quality delivery of scalable, secure, and reliable applications. Roles & Responsibilities: Leadership & Delivery Own end -to -end technical delivery including design, coding, code reviews, and deployment. Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to align technology with business goals. Lead and mentor a team of developers and engineers across projects. Architecture & Design Design scalable, resilient, and secure applications using Java -based frameworks (Spring Boot, Microservices). Define and implement API strategies, including REST, GraphQL, and messaging -based integrations. Drive cloud -native design leveraging AWS/Azure/GCP services. Technical Expertise Hands -on coding in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices. Strong knowledge of API gateways, event -driven architectures, messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or MQs). Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices. Knowledge of security, compliance, and performance best practices. Collaboration & Communication Partner with QA, DevOps, and business teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. Communicate complex technical concepts in simple terms to non -technical stakeholders.Requirements8–12 years of strong development experience with Java/J2EE and Spring Boot.Proven experience in leading teams (5–10 members) as a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer.Deep expertise in API design, development, and integration (REST, SOAP, GraphQL).Hands -on experience with at least one major Cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).Experience in containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD automation.Familiarity with databases (SQL & NoSQL), caching, and distributed systems.Strong problem -solving, analytical, and architectural skills.Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.Exposure to Event -Driven and Streaming platforms (Kafka, AWS EventBridge, etc.).Experience with API Management platforms (Apigee, Kong, MuleSoft, Axway, etc.).Knowledge of cloud cost optimization and FinOps best practices.Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
