Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AEP Customer Journey Analytics AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser and AEP RTCDP. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving technical excellence and ensuring the successful implementation of projects. Responsibilities - Lead the development and implementation of AEP Customer Journey Analytics solutions to enhance customer experiences. - Oversee the integration and optimization of AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser to streamline customer interactions. - Provide technical guidance and support for AEP RTCDP to ensure data-driven decision-making. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute customer journey strategies. - Ensure the alignment of technical solutions with business objectives and customer needs. - Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical processes and solutions. - Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to drive innovation. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions for team members and stakeholders. - Work closely with program management to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met. - Support organizational change management initiatives to drive adoption of new technologies. Qualifications - Possess strong expertise in AEP Customer Journey Analytics AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser and AEP RTCDP. - Demonstrate experience in program management and organizational change management. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Show proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Display strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Have a proven track record of leading technical projects to successful completion. - Be adept at staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies. - Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. - Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges. - Possess strong documentation and technical writing skills. - Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development. - Have experience in conducting code reviews and providing feedback. - Be capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
