**Technical Transport Subject Matter Expert Role**We are seeking a seasoned telecom professional to fill the role of Technical Transport Subject Matter Expert. This expert will work closely with our Pre-Sales and Delivery teams, utilizing their in-depth knowledge of telco networks to design and implement IP/MPLS and Transport solutions for customers.Main Responsibilities:Designing and developing IP/MPLS and Transport solutions in collaboration with Sales and Solution Architects.Preparing technical inputs, solution designs, and Bill of Materials (BOMs) for proposals.Participating in customer calls to explain architectures and address technical queries.Supporting RFP/RFI responses with accurate design details and network requirements.Providing technical guidance to deployment teams during implementation and migration phases.Reviewing High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs) to ensure solutions align with telco standards, network policies, and customer expectations.Assisting with troubleshooting complex issues across IP/MPLS and transport layers during delivery.Ensuring services meet telco-grade performance, reliability, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.Supporting multi-vendor networks: Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, Huawei, etc.**Required Skills and Qualifications:**Strong hands-on experience working in telecom or service provider networks.Deep knowledge of IP/MPLS, including L2/L3 VPNs, Segment Routing, QoS, and Traffic Engineering.Expertise in routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, LDP, RSVP-TE.Good understanding of Transport technologies like DWDM, OTN, Ethernet transportExperience working with multi-vendor platforms such as Cisco ASR/ISR, Juniper MX/PTX, Nokia SR, Huawei NE.**Preferred Certifications:**CCNP/CCIE (SP), JNCIP/JNCIE, Nokia NRS II, MEF certifications.
