Customer Service Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled customer service professional to join our team at PolicyBazaar. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of the organization, assisting customers with their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi. They will have the ability to handle customer queries efficiently and politely, as well as basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and email.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries and concerns.Provide accurate information regarding insurance policies, premium calculations, and policy status.Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate internal teams and ensure timely follow-up.Maintain customer records by updating information in the CRM system.Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving.Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the team lead.Required Skills and Qualifications:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.Able to handle customer queries efficiently and politely.Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and email.Patient and empathetic with the ability to manage difficult or irate customers.Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is an asset.Freshers and experienced individuals can apply.Minimum educational requirement: Graduate.Benefits:This role offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development within a dynamic organization.
