We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Agile methodologies and understanding of software engineering discipline. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in project management, with a focus on technical projects and software development.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and objectives
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing risks and issues
- Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management
- Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and best practices
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in software development
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Must ERP Implemention, SCM experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- PMP or Agile certification is a plus
- Experience working in multicultural environments is preferred
- Experience in handling both Software engineering & AI projects is desired.
