Role : Technical Project Manager ( Data Base Experience Must )

Managerial and Technical Skills :

1. Project Management : Expertise in project planning, execution, and delivery. Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile or Scrum is beneficial.

2. Stakeholder Management : Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with project goals3.

3. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement solutions efficiently2.

4. Cloud Platforms : Knowledge in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure is essential.

5. Database Management : Familiarity with database architecture, performance tuning, and backup/recovery processes

Interpersonal Skills :

1. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders3.

2. Leadership : Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and productivity3.

3. Adaptability : Being adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methodologies as the cloud landscape evolves1.

Certifications :

1. Project Management Professional (PMP) : This certification is highly regarded and demonstrates your project management expertise.

2. Cloud Certifications : Certifications from cloud providers like AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect can be very beneficial1.

Project Planning and Management : Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.

Stakeholder Communication : Acting as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.

Problem-Solving : Identifying potential issues and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.

Continuous Improvement : Continuously improving project management processes and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
