JOBDESCRIPTION
FinancialAnalysis and Reporting:
1.Analyse financial results performance metrics and key performanceindicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and costsavingopportunities.
2.Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports formanagement and stakeholders highlighting variances and trendsagainst budgets andforecasts.
3.Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financialanalysis to support strategic decisionmaking specifically inbuilding best market practices in internalprocesses.
4.Conduct comprehensive ratio analysis to assess the financialperformance liquidity profitability and solvency of theorganization.
5.Interpret trends and variances in financial ratios over time andacross industry benchmarks to identify strengths weaknesses andareas forimprovement.
RiskManagement andCompliance:
1.Monitor financial risks associated with operations and implementrisk mitigationstrategies.
2.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements financial policiesand accountingstandards.
CrossfunctionalCollaboration:
