JobSummary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detailorientedFinancial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join ourFinance team. The FP&A Analyst will play a critical role infinancial planning budgeting forecasting variance analysis andfinancial reporting. This position requires strong analyticalskills a thorough understanding of financial statements and theability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
KeyResponsibilities:

1. Financial Planningand Budgeting:

o Assist in the development ofannual budgets and financial plans.
o Coordinate with variousdepartments to gather budget inputs and assumptions.
o Prepare and consolidate budgetdata ensuring accuracy andcompleteness.

2.Forecasting:

o Develop and maintain financialmodels to support shortterm and longterm forecasting.
o Monitor key financial andoperational metrics to identify trends and variances.
o Update forecasts regularlybased on actual performance and changing businessconditions.

3. VarianceAnalysis:

o Perform detailed varianceanalysis to compare actual results against budget and forecasts.
o Identify key drivers ofvariances and provide insightful explanations.
o Present variance analysisreports to management with actionablerecommendations.

4. FinancialReporting:

o Prepare monthly quarterly andannual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
o Ensure timely and accuratereporting of financial results.
oDevelop dashboards and visualizations to present financial dataeffectively.

5. PerformanceManagement:

o Analyze financial andoperational performance to identify areas for improvement.
o Support management indecisionmaking by providing financial insights and recommendations.
o Track and report on keyperformance indicators (KPIs).

6. Ad HocAnalysis:

o Conduct ad hoc financialanalysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives and specialprojects.
o Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to provide financial expertise and support.

7. ProcessImprovement:

o Identify opportunities tostreamline and automate financial processes.
o Implement best practices andimprove financial planning and analysis methodologies.

RequirementsQualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree inFinance Accounting Economics or a related field. MBA or CFA is aplus.
Experience: 3 years ofexperience in financial planning and analysis corporate finance orrelatedroles.

TechnicalSkills:
o Proficiencyin financial modeling and analysis.
o Strong knowledge of financialstatements and accounting principles.
o Advanced Excel skills;experience with financial software and ERP systems is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Excellentverbal and written communication skills with the ability to presentcomplex financial information clearly and concisely.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability towork collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and build strongworking relationships.
TimeManagement: Strong organizational skills with the ability to managemultiple tasks and meetdeadlines
