Job Location: Gurgaon

Job Role: Financial Analyst

Level in the organization: Assistant/Deputy Manager

Educational Qualification:

"Graduation (With Specialization):"Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or equivalent / MBA(finance background)

Work Experience (Years):3-7 yrs

Job Responsibilities:

"• Develop financial models to assess various scenarios and investment opportunities.

• Conduct benchmarking and process analysis to identify best practices.

• Gather and analyze financial data, including budgets, income statement forecasts, and historical performance.

• Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.

• Assemble and summarize data to create sophisticated reports on financial status and risks.

• Collaborate with software engineers to build and integrate AI/ML and Generative AI models into production systems

• Should be able to take complete ownership of the assigned project

• Experience of working in Agile environments

• Well versed with JIRA or equivalent project tracking tool"

Competencies / Skills:

"• Demonstrated working experience as a Finance Analyst.

• Knowledge on analytics fundamentals including Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

• Knowledge of financial forecasting, corporate finance, and information analysis.

• Familiarity with accounting principles, tax laws, and money markets.

• Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications.

• Hands-on experience with statistical analysis and packages.

• Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.

• Ability to convey complex financial insights clearly

• Great communication and collaboration skills."
