Job Position OverviewWe are seeking a talented Senior Analyst to join our global team of IPR&D analysts and innovation consultants. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside top industry experts across the entire innovation cycle and provide strategic insights to shape the future.DutiesSupport attorneys in global patent filings and prosecution.Update and maintain daily dockets for clients worldwide and follow up on patent and trademark application filings, prosecution, etc. with clients.Prepare PTO documents such as information disclosure statements, patent assignments, declarations, power of attorneys, title amendments worldwide, etc.Identify and verify patent family members via PTO registers and commercial databases.Check bibliographic, assignment, and priority details from PTO registers, file histories, and assignment databases.Evaluate patent portfolios of target companies.Identify and verify patent family members via PTO registers.Proofread patent documents and identify errors introduced by patent offices and applicants.Conduct trademark pre-filing searches in global jurisdictions.Conduct periodic trademark watch/monitoring for infringing trademarks in global jurisdictions.Manage efficient and on-time project delivery with high standards of quality.Client management.Required SkillsAt least 3 years of relevant experience in paralegal and docketing.Knowledge of IP paralegal functions.Ability to ensure tasks within areas of responsibility are completed accurately and in a timely manner.Ability to practice attentive and active-listening skills.Ability to identify proactive ways to contribute to company goals and mission.Challenging current thinking by implementing new ways of working.Well-versed with MS Office, with expertise in MS Excel.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and demonstrate strong organizational abilities. Additionally, proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, is essential for success in this role.
