We're Userology - AI-powered UX research tools for product teams. Small, fast-moving team, with global customers. You'll own customer activation and engagement. That means running experiments, talking to users, analyzing drop-offs, and building solutions for building a sustainable growth engine. What you need: * Strong problem-solving and communication * Comfortable defining problems , not just solving them * Scrappy, experimental, bias toward action * At least 6 months of commitment * Available to work in US/ European time  * Proficient/ experience with AI tools  We're looking for Final-year engineering students or recent grads. Technical background is a plus. This isn't a structured internship with fixed tasks, if you need that, this ideally won't work.
