The candidate will primarily work on Patient Claims Data to design, develop, and optimize interactive Tableau dashboards that uncover insights on patient journeys, adherence, switching behavior, and market dynamics.The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of data visualization best practices and an analytical mindset to translate business questions into meaningful dashboards. Experience with Power BI is a plus.KeyResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and enhance Tableau dashboards for patient-level and claims data analytics.Translate business requirements into intuitive, insightful visualizations that drive decision-making.Collaborate with business analysts and data engineers to define data models and optimize performance.Perform data preparation, cleansing, and transformation using Tableau Prep or SQL.Implement calculated fields, parameters, LOD expressions, and custom visualizations.Ensure dashboards follow best practices in UX/UI, performance, and storytelling.Conduct UAT and deploy dashboards to production with proper documentation and version control.Collaborate on ad-hoc analyses and contribute to cross-functional reporting needs.(Optional) Support dashboard replication or migration efforts from Power BI to Tableau.RequirementsBachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field.2–3 years of experience in developing Tableau dashboards (Desktop and Server/Cloud).Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets (experience with patient claims or healthcare data preferred).Strong understanding of data visualization principles and dashboard design best practices.Experience with data wrangling, blending, and row-level security setup.Familiarity with patient claims, prescription, or healthcare data models is a  strong advantage .Exposure to Power BI or other visualization tools is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, analytical environment.Good to have:Experience with CRM Analytics (Salesforce Einstein), Power BI, or Python for basic data prep.Knowledge of healthcare datasets (IQVIA, Pharmetrics, Symphony, etc.).Experience with data integration tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau Prep, Azure Data Factory).JoinUsCandidates who are available to join immediately or within a short timeframe will be given preference.
