Job Summary

The Tableau Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive and data-driven Tableau dashboards to support business reporting and strategic decision-making. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data visualizations.
  • Perform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) operations from multiple data sources.
  • Optimize dashboards for performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and data engineers.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and accuracy.
  • Provide user training and documentation.
  • Conduct data analysis to support business initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Online.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data modeling.
  • Experience with data warehouses, ETL tools, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Expertise in data visualization best practices and dashboard design.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
