Campaign Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute full-funnel performance strategies across paid search, social, programmatic, and affiliate channels.
  • Translate business objectives into clear KPIs, ensuring data-driven optimization and performance measurement.
  • Partner with internal strategy, analytics, and creative teams to build integrated campaign plans.

Execution & Optimization

  • Manage campaign set-up, implementation, pacing, and daily optimization to drive ROI and efficiency.
  • Ensure platform best practices are followed (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon, etc.).
  • Monitor delivery, troubleshoot issues, and recommend optimizations based on performance insights.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights and present performance reports to clients.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, Campaign Manager 360, and other attribution platforms.
  • Work closely with the analytics team to implement advanced measurement frameworks (MMM, MTA, incrementality tests).

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the day-to-day client contact for performance campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication.
  • Partner with media publishers, tech platforms, and Groupe specialist units (e.g., Performics, Digitas) to drive innovation.
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities and recommend test-and-learn initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4-5 years of experience in performance media or digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Google & Meta platform.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, attribution, and conversion tracking.
  • Proficient with Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau).
  • Excellent client servicing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Certification in Google Ads / Meta / Programmatic platforms preferred.
