Campaign Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute full-funnel performance strategies across paid search, social, programmatic, and affiliate channels.
- Translate business objectives into clear KPIs, ensuring data-driven optimization and performance measurement.
- Partner with internal strategy, analytics, and creative teams to build integrated campaign plans.
Execution & Optimization
- Manage campaign set-up, implementation, pacing, and daily optimization to drive ROI and efficiency.
- Ensure platform best practices are followed (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon, etc.).
- Monitor delivery, troubleshoot issues, and recommend optimizations based on performance insights.
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights and present performance reports to clients.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, Campaign Manager 360, and other attribution platforms.
- Work closely with the analytics team to implement advanced measurement frameworks (MMM, MTA, incrementality tests).
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the day-to-day client contact for performance campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication.
- Partner with media publishers, tech platforms, and Groupe specialist units (e.g., Performics, Digitas) to drive innovation.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and recommend test-and-learn initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4-5 years of experience in performance media or digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
- Hands-on experience with Google & Meta platform.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, attribution, and conversion tracking.
- Proficient with Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau).
- Excellent client servicing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Certification in Google Ads / Meta / Programmatic platforms preferred.
