We're growing our data engineering team and seeking a hands-on PySpark Developer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. We are seeking a Senior Tableau Developer who brings deep expertise in Tableau and data visualization, combined with a passion for turning complex data into clear, actionable insights. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and deploy advanced Tableau dashboards, stories, and visual analytics solutions for clients across industries. - Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data needs and develop impactful visualizations. - Transform complex business requirements into intuitive, interactive dashboards and reports. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization across all Tableau solutions. - Lead data modeling, ETL integration, and dashboard performance tuning initiatives. - Maintain and administer Tableau Server/Online environments including user access, content promotion, and governance. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and BI analysts. - Contribute to BI best practices, frameworks, and process improvements within the analytics team. Required Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in business intelligence and analytics, with at least 7+ years dedicated to Tableau development. - Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade Tableau dashboards in a consulting or analytics firm environment. - Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, SQL Server, Oracle). - Deep understanding of data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing principles. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients to gather requirements and present insights. Preferred Skills - Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Familiarity with Python or R for data processing and analytics. - Tableau certification (Desktop Certified Professional or higher). - Experience in data storytelling and presentation to executive stakeholders. - Understanding of Agile methodologies.
