Job Title: Data Migration StrategistOur company is seeking an experienced professional to lead our data migration initiatives. This role requires strong technical expertise in ETL design, job development, and performance tuning.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective data migration strategies for large-scale projectsDesign and configure complex ETL processes using BODSAnalyze and resolve data load errors through ABAP debuggingManage stakeholder expectations and facilitate cutover planningWe are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of successful data migrations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Requirements:5+ years of experience in data migration and integration, preferably with SAP BODSStrong knowledge of S/4HANA data structures and migration objects (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP)Proficiency in working with IDOCs, BAPIs, Flat Files, and database connections for data migrationFamiliarity with cloud data migration scenarios, including ECC to S/4HANA migrationBenefits:Opportunity to work on high-impact data migration projectsCollaborative team environment with experienced professionalsContinuous learning and skill development opportunitiesThis is a challenging and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's data management capabilities.
