Role Overview: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our automotive customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate solutions.Address customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, resolving issues promptly and fairly.Process sales orders and returns, as well as handle other related customer requests.Identify and assess customer needs, working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet their expectations.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including comments and complaints, to ensure continuous improvement of our services. Requirements:Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the automotive industry.Strong knowledge of automotive repair, parts, and components.Technical or engineering background is an asset.Fluent proficiency in English language, both written and verbal.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions. Work Environment: This is a remote opportunity within North America, allowing for flexibility to work from anywhere. However, you must be available to work during regular business hours and be willing to adjust your schedule as needed to meet operational requirements.
